How to Add a Logo to Your QR Code for Free

Our design panel includes three ways to add a logo:

1. Upload your own — PNG, JPG, or SVG with transparent background
2. Choose from preset icons — WiFi, email, WhatsApp, contact, menu, shop, and more
3. Remove background toggle — cleans up logo edges for better QR readability

Steps to Add Your Logo

1. Go to Step 2 → Logo tab in the generator
2. Upload your logo file OR select a preset icon
3. Switch to the Shape tab and set error correction to High (30%)
4. Preview your code and test scanning from your phone
5. Download as PNG or SVG

Design Rules for Logo QR Codes

• Keep logo size at 30–40% of the QR code area maximum
• Always use high error correction (H level) when adding logos
• Use logos with transparent backgrounds for best results
• Maintain strong contrast between QR dots and background
• Test on both iPhone and Android before mass printing

Combine a logo with a branded frame and “SCAN ME” call-to-action for maximum impact on posters, packaging, and business materials.
